    Weyland Property Group

A small, owner-led developer that builds one project at a time and stays with it through to handover.

RISE is designed around the site rather than the spreadsheet: fewer residences, bigger balconies and materials that last on the coast.

Weyland Property Group is fictional, created for this demo.

    Questions

    How much is the deposit?

A 10% deposit on exchange of contracts, held in trust until settlement. The balance is due at completion. Illustrative only.

    When will RISE be finished?

Completion is expected in late 2028. That date is illustrative, and a real contract would carry a sunset date.

Is RISE for owner-occupiers or investors?

Both. Most residences were planned for people who'll live in them, with larger balconies and storage, but investors are welcome to register.

    What will strata cost?

Estimated levies for each residence are set out in the contract before you sign. There's no pool or gym to push costs up.

    Is there a display suite?

On a live launch, this is where the display suite address and opening hours go. RISE is a demo project, so there isn't one.
